2010 Logan County Firefighter's Ball
On November 13, 2010 the Chapmanville Fire Department Ladies Auxillary along with the Logan County Commission had the second annual Logan County Firefighter Ball at the Earl Ray Tomblin Convention Center at Chief Logan State Park. All 12 of Logan County's Fire Departments were invited to attend and everyone had lots of fun. There were special speakers including Retiring Logan County Commission President Art Kirkendoll and incoming Commissioner Danny Ellis. Awards were given out for firefighter of the year to each fire department. Dancing and dinner into the evening....
